Our Mission
At Mother Earth Treks connecting to the outdoors, it has inspired us to start this enterprise led by local women from indigenous backgrounds. Tourism is a growing industry; for us, it is an opportunity to unleash our power and connect our local destinations to the world through ethical, inclusive, and equitable practices.

Our strategic partners are our local service providers, tour guides, transport drivers, Inca Trail porters, muleteers and porters of alternate routes, cooks, and many others who will make possible the realization of your adventure, our team is identified with their country of origin which makes us proud.
We promote the majority participation of women in the realization of our operations, their presence strengthens our values as a company and actively increases inclusive practices and equality within our Peruvian society still relegated to a macho tendency.
